Anxietyhelper aims to help people experiencing depression, anxiety, and panic attacks by providing psychoeducation and coping tools. The home-screen has 5 sections: Anxiety, Panic Attacks, Depression, Recovery, and Other, with relevant coping tools in each section. Tools include guided breathing, positive affirmations, distraction games, resources, etc. Included in the app is a “Panic Alert” tool, which allows the app to be handed to a friend of the user with on-screen instructions which will guide them through ways to help their friends through a panic attack. Also featured is a “Quick Access” option in which the user can set different screens to call a crisis line if they tap and hold for 3 seconds or more.
