Bearable is a tracking app that allows consumers to track a wide range of variables which include “mood”, “symptoms”, “sleep”, “energy levels”, and “gratitude”. The app allows consumers to fully customize which of their daily activities and health factors might impact their mood or symptoms. The “insights” tab shows consolidated user data from mood, symptom, and sleep entries into graphs and charts. Consumers can select if they want to see overall insights within the last 30 days, last year, calendar month, or calendar year. Additional features include the ability to note significant events that may have impacted the user, connecting the app to Apple Health data, or setting daily reminders.
