What is Obsessive Compulsive Disorder?
This short video from our partners at PsychHub helps to explain what Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD) is.
C-CBT ROCD Treatment is an interactive computer program geared towards people experiencing Relationship Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (ROCD), which are obsessive compulsive symptoms that focus on intimate relationships. This web-based program uses Computerized Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CCBT) to explore and challenge users’ beliefs and views and reduce compulsive behaviors. It includes over 15 online sessions that are 10-20 minutes long with topics such as “Exposure and Response Prevention” and “Relationship Commitment and ROCD.” These modules can be accessed in a computer or cellular/tablet format for free. Users are also asked to fill out questionnaires as part of a comprehensive assessment at the beginning, middle, and end of the program to monitor symptoms.
