Clementine uses hypnotherapy to help users improve challenges with sleep, stress, and anxiety, and specifically for women. On the app’s home page, users can select from recommended audio sessions such as “Boost your self confidence”, and “Visualize your work day”. These sessions range from 10 to 30 minutes. Clementine also allows users to receive mantras throughout the day to serve as reminders for the user. There are also courses and articles available to help educate the user about topics like hypnotherapy, anxiety, and stress. Clementine offers free access to content for seven days, and after that users can opt in for a monthly subscription of $5.99 or an annual subscription of $44.99.
