When users open the app, users can choose from a variety of articles on an area they would like to focus on (e.g., anxiety, depression, separation, loss). Users can choose to “Learn” about a given condition such as Anxiety. Users can also choose to learn about various treatments for a given condition and what they entail, along with various examples and exercises to practice (e.g., Problem Solving Therapy, journaling exercises, creating action plans). Users can pin certain articles they find helpful, and can also take notes within the app. While there are free articles available, users can unlock the Premium version at $1.99 to access additional articles.
