It focuses on the health conditions of Anxiety, Depression, Self-Harm, Eating Disorders, and Digital Addiction. It addresses these conditions using the ‘Strength-Based Approach,’ which focuses on the positive attributes of the person and builds on resourcefulness and resilience. The app provides information on each of these sections such as what it is and activities the user can do for those experiencing such illnesses. In the Safety Plan section of each condition, there are emergency numbers, an area for users to write their own activities, and a spot to keep the contacts of who they can talk to.
