This is a companion app designed to be used for clients undergoing Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), a cognitive-behavioral treatment designed to help address symptoms of Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD). In the app, users can access a series of 12 CPT worksheets that include activities such as logging problematic beliefs surrounding traumatic events, using questions to challenge problematic beliefs, and identifying patterns of problematic thinking. The app also provides readings which elaborate on the different treatment activities. The app also contains assessments and users can track progress over time.
