DBT Coach is an app that aims to teach its users DBT (Dialectical Behavior Therapy) skills. Users create DBT diary entries to record DBT skills and target behaviors, as well as other notes they’d like to record. The app then recommends exercises based on what the user has inputted. The app also features a community section for interacting with other users, and section for various psychoeducational videos. Users can pay $11.99/month or $59.99 every six months for additional features which includes the ability to view a summary of progress and share this with the therapist or care team.
