Exhale-BIWOC Well-Being is an app that aims to improve emotional well-being for Black, Indigenous, Women of Color (BIWOC). This app was designed and curated by BIWOC with the goal of creating a safe space for BIWOC facing systems of oppression. It includes features such as guided imagining, coaching talks, and daily affirmations. The app also includes 11 guided meditation sessions that range from 10-15 minutes and cover different topics such as Microaggression, Stress Reducer, Soul Medicine, and others. There are also four guided breathing exercises that are about 5 minutes long.
