Feeling Good is an app that aims to reduce stress and anxiety, improve sleep, and relieve symptoms of depression. Feeling Good uses the principles of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) in its audio tracks. The app offers the Feeling Good for Life program which is a 12 audio track, Positive Mental Health program. Examples of the 12 audio tracks are, Guided Body Relaxation, Your Inner Safe Place, and Self-Confidence. Each track has a length of fifteen to twenty minutes. Other audio tracks outside the 12 track program include Sleep Better, Stop Smoking, Healthy Body Weight, Help for Long Covid, and Short audio tracks. Users can access some content for free but in order to gain full access will need to make a one time purchase of $16.99.
