FeelsFM is a web-app that uses music as a coping tool for stress. The app prompts users to use an emoji to represent their mood. After collecting the user’s year of birth and preferred genre, a playlist is generated. The playlist has song previews and an option to “Save to Spotify”. If the user saves the playlist to Spotify they may access the full playlist of about 25 songs. FeelsFM also has a “Penny for your thoughts” section where users can share how their session went and their experience with mental health. Additional features include a snake game and a short inspirational audio clip which are reached by the background icons on home page.
