It contains information about depression and Cognitive Behavioral (CBT) approaches. There are a number of audio tracks in this app, some are meditation exercises and others are informational tracks on topics such as ‘common errors made in cognitive behavioral therapy’. Articles are also available. Happy Habits provides a questionnaire that can help users recognize problem areas in their life, and uses a point system to help users stay motivated.
