Happyfeed is a gratitude journal grounded in positive psychology which aims to help users manage symptoms of anxiety and mood disorders. The app allows the user to document moments of happiness up to three times per day. Users are provided prompts such as, “What is something that went well today?” There is also an option to create or join “pods”, which are private groups where users can share their progress or selected moments. Additional features include an option to set daily reminders to use the app, and a display of usage statistics.
