Top 5 Mental Health Apps To Get You Through The Holiday Season
Lyftly is a community support and mental wellness app, based on principles of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). Users begin by taking a Wellness Quiz to create the user’s “Wellness Score”. In the Home tab, users can select an emoji to indicate how they are feeling, which the app uses to provide activity suggestions. Activities include chatting with a peer, posting a story to the community, or composing a journal entry. Additional tools include a Better Me section with unique activities for the user to try out, and a COVID-19 section which includes suggested quarantine activities and online learning tips.
