Meditable is an app that aims to help users reach personal goals through guided “goal meditation.” Goal meditation is defined by Meditable as meditation to help achieve goals and success in career, health, emotional and spiritual areas. The home screen has three main sections: Library, Meditations, and Profile. ‘Library’ provides 100 meditations categorized by development goals: Performance, Health, Inner Balance, and Spirituality. The meditations range from 5-30 minutes in length, and selected based on the users’ goals (e.g., Cultivate Gratitude, Exercise Regularly, Achieve Goals). ‘My Meditation’ allows the user to create and personalize their own meditations using ‘Tracks’ (e.g., quick morning gratitude suggestions, visualize your ideal partner, goal achievement visualization). The ‘Profile’ section provides an overview of the user’s meditation stats like current streak, total time meditating and number of days when meditated. Additional features include notifications and informational tracks describing the meditation approach used in Meditable.
