MI Coach is an app that utilizes evidence-based techniques of Motivational Interviewing (MI) to help people change their behaviors. The app is designed for anyone who is wanting to find their motivation to make a change in their life (e.g., completing more chores around the house, switching jobs, changing health-related behaviors like exercise, smoking, etc). MI Coach includes 7 core lessons with over 35 videos and interactive exercises designed to build motivation and commitment to change. The app also includes a library of 500+ meditations ranging from 3 minutes to 4 hours, a journaling section where users can upload pictures and videos along with their daily thoughts, and community groups for peer discussion and learning. Additional features include daily mood check-ins, habit tracking, and behavior change measures. The app is free with limited access to content. However, users must pay a subscription fee of $11.99/month or $49.99/6 months to gain access to the full library of features.
