The app is designed for anyone who is wanting to find their motivation to make a change in their life (e.g., completing more chores around the house, switching jobs, changing health-related behaviors like exercise, smoking, etc). MI Coach includes 7 core lessons with over 35 videos and interactive exercises designed to build motivation and commitment to change. The app also includes a library of 500+ meditations ranging from 3 minutes to 4 hours, a journaling section where users can upload pictures and videos along with their daily thoughts, and community groups for peer discussion and learning.
