Mood D – Your Emotional Diary is an app that is intended for users that would like to record and track their mood. The app offers six different moods to choose from which range from Awesome to Angry. Upon selecting their current mood, users are given the option to complete suggested activities based on their mood. Some examples of activities include: squeeze a stress ball, read a book, and spend time with family. In addition, the app also allows users to write a note or thought to go along with their recorded mood. Mood D will compile the users mood entries and put them into a visual graph.
