Mood Meter is an app that is designed to help users improve their understanding of their moods. The main page of Mood Meter prompts the user to plot their mood on a colorful square with four main quadrants, covering 100 emotions. Once an emotion has been chosen, the app asks you to describe why you feel that way and indicate if you would like to stay in the associated quadrant of emotions or shift to another one. If the user chooses shifting, the app displays a list of pictures, quotes, and strategies intended to support shifting. Mood Meter also offers optional notifications to promote consistent tracking mood over time. The user can review their past moods in the reports section, with a pie chart of the time spent in each emotion quadrant.
