Mood Mint aims to train users in skills to help users boost their mood and reduce stress, anxiety, and depression. Based on Cognitive Bias Modification, Mood Mint is intended to train users to change their usual patterns and to learn how to not focus on negativity. It provides a series of exercises and games to train users to pay less attention to negative or threatening information and more attention to positive or uplifting information. Exercises include positive word searches and breathing exercises.
