What is Depressed Mood?
Need some information on Depressed Mood? Watching this short video is a good place to start.
Moods: Mental Health Tracking is a mood tracking app where users input their moods throughout the day to gain insight into patterns. When users log their mood, they have the option to be more descriptive by adding textual or emoji tags, notes, and activities they have done that contributed to their mood. When users enter in a “Bad” mood, they have a choice to identify the challenging thoughts that contributed to their negative feelings. The app then suggests tips to alleviate their mood; users can also add their own tips. Users can view a history of their moods, most tagged descriptors, notes, and activities in their “Weekly Report”, and can see a broader overview in “Past Moods.” Users can also set custom reminders to notify them to log their mood as well as export reports via email.
