The app provides users with activities designed to help users positively reframe their thinking with gratitude in the “Three Clouds” exercise, and challenge automatic thoughts in the “Thought Diary” exercise. Users can also listen to 5 minute guided meditation tracks, keep track of their activities in the Journal, and set goals in the Day Planner.
