MoodSpace is an app that uses principles of CBT to help users manage symptoms of depression and anxiety. The app provides users with activities designed to help users positively reframe their thinking with gratitude in the “Three Clouds” exercise, and challenge automatic thoughts in the “Thought Diary” exercise. Users can also listen to 5 minute guided meditation tracks, keep track of their activities in the Journal, and set goals in the Day Planner. Day Planner, Meditations and additional insights in the Journal are currently only available in the paid version of the app ($3.99/mo).
