NeuroFlow aims to help users track and maintain their wellness using principles of cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT). Downloading NeuroFlow requires an invitation from a healthcare provider or specialist. Users are provided a ‘To do list’ of activities to help manage areas they want to improve (ex: sleep, stress, pain, etc). By completing activities, users earn points which can be converted into gift cards. Other tools include ‘Trackers’ for tracking items such as mood and sleep; videos, audio and readings for psychoeducation; a journal; and ‘Crisis Resources’.

In one case study, Commonwealth Pain & Spine partnered with NeuroFlow,to be a remote solution for its patients during the COVID-19 pandemic. Through this partnership, Commonwealth tracked patients trends, and used technology to assess needs related to one’s mental and physical health. In this partnership 59% of patients reported a reduction in depression symptoms over 3 months. Relievus Case Study
In a second case study, Relievus, partnered with Neuroflow to monitor each Relievus patient and lead to more personalized care plans. In 3 months, Relievus was able to onboard 2000+ patients into the platform, who on average, used this platform over 7 times in the first month. Overall, this platform led to 71% of Relievus patients reporting symptom improvement and 44% of the “highest risk” patients showing improvement in their depression and anxiety symptoms in 2 weeks.
