Research on this App

In a pilot clinical trial, 14 participants used nOCD with therapst guidance (consisting of 5 in-person therapy sessions and weekly phone calls). Participants completed self-report questionnaires and were independently evaluated prior to treatment at baseline, mid-treatment (4 weeks), post-treatment (8 weeks) and 2 months after treatment completion. Participants also completed an acceptability survey and their use of the app was calculated. Initial results suggest that this integrated treatment can lead to significant reduction in OCD symptoms.
