Users can customize each meditation session by instructor voice, background noise, and desired length (10-30 minutes). The Breathe section consists of three different types of guided breathing exercises that include animations and visual prompts. The Sleep section includes soothing background sounds and guided breathing exercises to help users relax and fall asleep. The app also includes multiday courses of mantra meditation for users to “go deeper”, meditation timers, progress trackers, and reminders to practice. This app is free to use and does not require a subscription fee.
