ReachOut WorryTime is an app aimed at managing anxious, intrusive thoughts using a Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) exercise. The app asks users to identify and describe their worry, enter them into the app, and then designate a “WorryTime” to engage the worry; when that time arrives, the app sends an alert. Users can also tally how many times they think about each worry throughout the day, view a history of their worries, and set a PIN lock. ReachOut WorryTime can be used with or without professional help.
