What is Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Insomnia?
This short video from our partners at PsychHub helps to explain what Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Insomnia (CBT-I) is.
Resony: Resonance Breathing uses breathing, relaxation, and cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT)-based methods to help with stress and anxiety. After creating and account, the app begins by asking the user to respond to questions about their emotional state. Once the user answers all seven questions they are provided with an Emotional Wellbeing score and a personalized plan. Plans last around six weeks and consist of resonance breathing and progressive muscle relaxation exercises. Resonance breathings last five, ten, or fifteen minutes and have three options: Breath Pacer, Sun, and Earth. Users breathe with the audio and follow along with the provided visual cue to breath in or out. Additional features include journaling, psychoeducation, and information. To access most features in Resony: Resonance Breathing, users will need to purchase a subscription of $4.99 per month or $36.99 per year.
