Sayana is an AI-chat based app that helps users track their moods to help the user become more mindful of the connection between emotions and events. Users chat with an AI persona named Sayana who encourages the user to list items that they can be grateful for in a given moment and to also identify their moods at any given moment. The app also provides psychoeducation about the users’ mood and helps the user practice possible coping skills to use. The user can track their input as well as keep a log of lessons taught by the AI. Users have a 7 day free trial with the app but after this period ends users will have to pay $4.99 per month.
