Research on this App

This study wanted to investigate usage patterns of the app Self-help for Anxiety Management (SAM) and explore user’s behaviors related to this. Data was gathered through data mining techniques from 105,380 users of the app. It was generally found that there was a trend of reduction for self-reported anxiety across users even in those who were minimally-engaged.
