Simple Habit is designed for users who want to start or improve a meditation practice. Users select a goal they would like to work towards and can set a timed notification to remind them to complete a meditation every day in the the selected goal category. There are four main sections. First, a “Me” dashboard, where users can identify and save their favorite meditations, track their progress, and track total meditation time. The “Meditate” section consists of meditation tracks. If a user has set a personal goal, tracks are presented in order of relevance to that goal. In the“On the Go” feature, users can enter a task they are currently doing, and the app will select a “meditation break” for that task. The final page is called “Community”; a list of social-media-connected friends who use the app, and how frequently those friends listen to the meditation tracks it contains. There are upwards of 50 meditation tracks available for purchase, and three tracks from each category are provided to users for free.
