The Sowlmate app includes a mood tracker, diary, self-care exercises, and guided meditations ranging from 5 to 20+ minutes in length. The app also offers specialized LGBTQ+ programs with course topics such as “The Myth of Masculinity” and “Embracing Your Authentic Self.” Each of these programs is comprised of 4 to 10 audio courses that are between 3-20 minutes long.
