Stresscoach is designed to help manage stress and anxiety through the use of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). The app offers both long term and short term mental health treatments. For long term, Stresscoach offers a 6 week course that covers the fundamentals and treatments for anxiety and stress. The courses have topics such as Anxiety in the Body, Safety Behaviors, and Breathing. For short term, Stresscoach offers short exercises such as breathing and guided audios. Each guided audio lasts between 5 and 15 minutes. Additionally, Stresscoach has a chatbot feature where users can engage in conversation type intervention. Stresscoach’s conversation intervention is with a chatbot and is designed to be used when immediate intervention is needed.
