This app is a free app that utilizes mood tracking and journal prompts to help consumers track their daily moods and thoughts. The app features a timeline with prompts and reminders that encourage consumers to record their moods daily. There is also a Live function where consumers can go live and vent their feelings in a messaging-only chatroom that others can join. The app also includes messaging forums and private chats. Additional features include the ability to customize the appearance of journals, a calendar, password protection, and charts and statistics that show mood over time. There is also a mini meditation game within the app called “Space Out” in which consumers are given a short animation of moving planets and affirmations that appear on the screen for consumers to read.
