T2 Mood Tracker is an app designed to help users track their emotions over time. It comes with six pre-installed areas: Anxiety, Depression, Well-Being, Head Injury, Post-Traumatic Stress, and Stress. Users can also add and customize additional scales. T2 Mood Tracker compiles the user’s ratings in each of these areas and creates a graph that can be printed or shared directly with a treatment provider. There is also space to note important or meaningful events during the day. This is intended to help users and their providers see patterns and identify triggers in the user’s daily life.
