Ten Percent Happier: Meditation is an app that features meditation course videos, audio lessons, sleep meditations, and coaching. Most audio and meditation tracks are 5 to 20 minutes in length. Topics include happiness, focus, stress, relationships, gratitude, technology, and others. The app’s interface includes a tab bar for navigating through the app and search fields for quickly accessing content. App users also have the ability to initiate text conversations with meditation coaches. On the profile screen, the user can adjust reminder frequency, in addition to seeing a snapshot of app usage history.
