Thoughts is a cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) based app that helps users learn and use a thought diary to improve their well-being. In the app, consumers can learn CBT or practice CBT. If consumers choose to learn CBT, they are given a list of descriptions of topics they can choose from including thought loops, automatic thoughts, core beliefs, distortions, and more. If consumers choose to practice CBT, they are able to make entries in a thought diary where they document and describe the situation that occurred, their distress levels, how they felt, the thoughts they had, potential cognitive distortions, and what they did in response to that event.
