Waking Up: A Guided Meditation provides mindful meditations to help reduce stress, sleep better, and improve wellbeing. Waking Up: A Guided Meditation, encourages users to set aside time for a daily moment by selecting a time to be notified to complete a daily moment. Meditations last anywhere from five to fifteen minutes and have topics such as, Mind & Emotion, Free Will, and The Illusory Self. Additionally, Waking Up: A Guided Meditation offers a Daily Meditation that can be accessed once the user completes the introduction. Users also have access to Conversations where they can listen to podcast length conversations between many different people. A subscription is required after a 7-day free trial period.
