Welli Review

Welli is an app that aims to improve the user’s overall mood through tools based Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Positive Psychology. There are three sections to the home page: Gratitude Journal, Flow Tracker, and Adversity Disputer. The Gratitude Journal, provides a space for users to input three things they are grateful for each day and explain why they are grateful for them. The Flow Tracker, prompts the user to answer questions about activities they do in order to determine which are most likely to engage and energize you. The overall goal is to promote accomplishment and peak performance. Finally, the Adversity Disputer is a tool to combat negative self-talk and learn how to respond in a more productive way. Additional features include inspirational quotes and daily reminders.
