Wellness is a mood tracking app designed to integrate with built-in components of the Apple Health Kit. To log a mood, users select a colored circle with a label that best reflects their mood (ranging from miserable to fantastic). Users also have the option to include a comment or description of their mood. The main page of the app provides a mood log history and timeline, and an option for user to set timed reminders to log their mood throughout the day. Users can add medications, supplements, or anything else that might affect their mood in order to track its effects. Users can also track other Apple Health data such as Mindfulness and Sleep.
