WorryTree helps users record, manage, and problem solve their worries and anxiety. Based on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) techniques, this app guides users through a series of steps to either: 1) make an action plan to deal with the worry, or 2) if there is nothing that can be done about the worry, it suggests distractions and ways to mindfully refocus attention to help the user cope in the moment (e.g., exercise, meditation, going for a walk). The app is free, but users can pay a subscription fee of $14.99/year to gain access to additional features such as a gratitude journal and more CBT tools.
