Dr. JoAnna Romero Cartaya is a licensed psychologist and health service provider in Iowa and the founder of the Cartaya Clinic in Humanistic and Behavioral Psychology, a successful private practice, and an adjunct professor in the Department of Psychiatry at the University of Iowa Hospitals and Clinics. Dr. Cartaya currently serves on the Executive Council of the Iowa Psychological Association.
