Intellicare is a suite of apps that each provide different strategies intended to address depression and anxiety. Each app provides skills from a single evidence-based strategy drawing from cognitive-behavioral therapy and/or positive psychology.

Users can download and use each app separately but can also access them through the Intellicare Hub app to better manage notifications and updates in the same place. The Intellicare suite is likely to be helpful for users who struggling with mild-to-moderate depression and anxiety and who want continuous easy access to a variety of different tools.

The development and evaluation   of these apps were funded by the National Institutes of Health (R01MH100482). They were developed at the Center for Behavioral Intervention Technologies (CBITs) at the Feinberg School of Medicine, Northwestern University, Chicago. IntelliCare is now licensed from Northwestern University by Actualize Therapy. Stephen Schueller, the Executive Director of PsyberGuide, was a member of the IntelliCare team but has no commercial interest in IntelliCare nor Actualize Therapy.
